How do I report a lost, missing, or damaged parcel?Updated a year ago

Please navigate to the chat widget at the bottom right-hand corner of the screen, or the front page of the help center to report the issue. This is the fastest way to a resolution. 

🔶 Select “Track and Manage My Orders
🔶 Verify your account with a mobile number or email.
🔶 Click “Report Issue” on the relevant order and select the issue.
🔶 Please provide as much information as possible, including any relevant images, so that we can deal with the matter promptly. 


We will review the information provided and arrange a replacement or refund if it's appropriate.
