How do I request my parcel is left in a safe place?Updated a year ago
All tracking numbers can be found in your despatch email titled "A shipment from CupsDirect order #41144444 is ready for despatch"
APC
If you wish to have your parcel left in a safe place, please look out for a text/email from APC the morning of delivery advising you of the delivery window. From there you can follow the link to APC choice: APC - Choice, and advise any leave safe instructions.
Please note this can only be updated once the driver has left the depot so we are unable to add any instructions before this.
If you have missed your delivery and need to reschedule, please go to APC Called: APC Called.
If you wish to collect the items from your local depot due to a missed delivery, you can find the depot here: Depot Finder. Calling is advised before attempting collection.
