How do I request a return?

How much do returns cost?
Returns cost £9.95 + VAT for values under £250 and in mainland UK. For values over £250 and outside mainland UK, please contact us for a quote.
How long do refunds take?
Refunds will be processed to the original payment method once we receive the goods back to our warehouse. PayPal payments will process instantly, Debit Credit card payments will take around three working days to appear in your account. The return fee
