What is the lead time?
The lead time is 20 working days from artwork approval. Please note we cannot expedite this. If artwork is submitted to us incorrectly the time until artwork approval may increase due to any necessary revisions.

What is the minimum order quantity?
For custom cups the minimum order quantity is 1,000 units.
Do you offer bulk discounts?
Yes, we offer discounts of over 70% off with increasing quantities. You can find all bulk discounts on the product page.
Can I mix different designs / sizes to get a bulk discount?
No, prices are per cup, and per design. Variants cannot be combined to reach the MOQ for a bulk discount.
Can you store my cups for me?
No, we cannot store custom printed cups. If you do not have the storage to store a high volume of cups, unfortunately you will not be able to take advantage of the larger bulk discounts.
Can you send a sample?
Yes, we can send a sample of cups designs we have produced before. Please order on the sample page. We cannot send samples of your design, however before production we will send you a digital mock-up to review and approve.
Where do I find templates and artwork instructions?
Once you have placed the order, all instructions and templates will be emailed to you. For any help please reach out to us via one of our support channels.
Are you able to create my design?
Please feel free to send over your idea or design and we can advise if it's something we can help with.
What products do you offer printing on?
We offer custom printing on the cups, ice cream tubs, salad bowls and greaseproof paper.
